We specialize in kitchen design and also take on projects of all manner, from display cabinets to closets. We cater to a variety of residential and commercial projects in the Bay Area. Currently we an exciting pipeline of projects and events to keep us very busy this 2023.

We are seeking a Retail Sales & Showroom Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. If you want to join our growing team, send us your resume.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting walk-in customers
• Scheduling and carrying out client consultations
• Driving sales and administrative tasks to support customer transactions
• Ensuring all sales enquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner
• Advising clients in the complete range of company products and services
• Maintaining and ensuring the showroom is kept tidy, fresh and relevant
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Knowledge in kitchen and bath design, interior design or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Googe Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palo Alto, CA 94306: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
